All PGF National Qualifiers are "Stay to Play" tournaments.

Upon acceptance to the tournament, all teams traveling 75 miles or more must reserve rooms through TRAVELING TEAMS® to participate and stay in an approved property at the tournament rates. Any team NOT staying in room blocks through TRAVELING TEAMS® will be charged a housing buyout fee of $500.

There is a mandatory 8 room minimum per team (not organization) per night. The eight (8) room minimum must be met for each night of your team’s stay or until you are eliminated from tournament play. Any teams not utilizing the minimum of 8 rooms for the tournament will be charged a pro-rated buyout fee of $63.00 per room short of the 8 room minimum.
