To Select the Hotel in which you wish to Hold Rooms, Please follow these Instructions:
1. Indicate your Group's Check-in and Check-out Dates.
2. Click the Search for Hotels Button to show available Hotels.
3. Complete the Contact Information in the Spaces Below and Click the Submit Housing Request Button.

NOTE: Please read all Information Provided regarding Hotel Policies for Taxes,
Reservation Cancellation, and any Early Departure Fees.
Some Hotels Require a 2 Night Minimum Stay.
If your Request is for a 1 Night Stay, Hotels Requiring 2 Night Stays will not be Displayed.
